Q2. Why can not install the driver with my Mac computer?

If there is a error "pkg" can’t be opened because it is from unidentified developer when installing the driver, please follow the steps below to allow the Mac OS to finish the installation.

2.Select to allow the "Evnvn_MACOS_2020.pkg" in the option pointed.Then you can install the printer driver.

Q3: Why is my shipping label can't print in the correct size? Too small or only part of it?

1.The first way to solve the problem: If you were printing your labels on a regular printer previously, please change your label size from 8.5"x 11" to 4"x 6" on the website that generates your labels. Most platforms including eBay, Shopify, and others support both sizes but are set to 8.5"x 11" size by default.

2.The second way to solve the problem:A. Download Adobe Reader if you do not have it already from the Adobe website.--B.Save your label as a PDF file.--C.Open the file in Adobe Reader--D.Rotate the label if needed by going to View -> Rotate View--E.Go to Edit -> Take a Snapshot--F.Click and drag the box over your label--G.Go to File -> Print --H.If the preview looks good, click "Print"

1.The most common reason is that your labels are loaded upside down. Please make sure that your labels are properly loaded. Please note that the sticky side is facing up
